Any and all disputes, controversies, or differences, which may arise between you and Multilizer, out of or in relation to or in connection with these terms and conditions, or for the breach thereof, shall be submitted to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the district court of Espoo, Finland. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
